Recruiting Coordinator & Athlete Development Director
The ideal person is energetic, creative, organized, excited to be part of a team and grow a program with Integrity Athletics. The Director of Athlete Development will work alongside our Director of Operations, Club, Beach, & Youth Directors and assist in the organization, development and growth of our Volleyball Program. The duties and responsibilities associate with the role are including, but not limited to the following:
- Assistant Club Director
- Recruiting Coordinator for volleyball athletes pursing a collegiate career
- Develop National level players ages 13-18
- Coach lessons, clinics, and club volleyball
- Lesson planning for National level players in the club
- Additional daily tasks to assist in the growth of our volleyball program
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management/Administration, Business Administration, or similar preferred.
- Volleyball Coaching Experience Required
- Experience in athletics
- Passion for youth athletics and strong commitment to being part of a team
- Highly organized and able to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Former Collegiate Volleyball players & coaches are encouraged to apply
Skills/Abilities
- Experience & efficiency in the following programs: Microsoft Excel & Word, Google Forms, Docs, Sheets & Calendar, is required
- Strong focus on customer service and strong communication skills with clients and other staff
- Work in conjunction with Volleyball Program Directors to achieve development goals
- Ability to coach Elite level volleyball
Compensation/Benefits
Full-time position available. Competitive salary or hourly wage commensurate with experience for the right individual. Pay: $32,500.00 – $37,500.00 per year
Club Volleyball Coach
Looking for coaches who want to coach during the club volleyball season, December through May. This includes Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches. Prior volleyball playing or coaching experience is expected.
Lesson and Clinic Coach
Looking for individuals who want to help the individual athlete perfect his or her skills whether that be in a clinic setting or a lesson setting. Prior volleyball playing or coaching experience is expected.
League Coach
Looking for individuals who wants to get involved with coaching. This position does not require any travel. All practice plans and tournaments are planned by EliteVBTC staff. Your role is to help facilitate the drills and help the athlete understand the concepts of the day. Prior volleyball playing or coaching experience is not expected but encouraged.
