FAQ about Club Volleyball at EliteVBTC
Can I order extra spandex?
You will have the opportunity to purchase additional spandex when the uniforms arrive. They are $25.
What does my daughter wear to practice?
She will get 2 practice t-shirts. Until those shirts come in, please have her wear any athletic clothing. We would prefer she wear dark spandex, but we do not require a specific color or brand. Some athletes wear arm sleeves or bring a long sleeved shirt for our diving repetitions.
What does my daughter need for a tournament?
She will need to bring her entire uniform package including both jerseys. She will need black kneepads, and a whistle for referee assignments. Please pack her enough food to last all day (8am-8pm). These tournament days are very long.
How do I pay?
All club payments go through Groundwork. You will receive an email from Groundwork inviting you to pay your Commitment Fee for the year. On January 1, you will receive another email from Groundwork laying out your payment plan option. At that time, you will have the opportunity to choose to pay in full for a $100 discount, or you can set up your payments for the payment plan. You can pay with ACH or by Credit Card. Please contact Jackie@integritygym.com if you need to change your due dates.
When should I book my flights?
You can make all your own travel plans to get to an out of state tournament. We do not require the teams to travel together. You can drive or fly. We want all athletes there the day prior to the start date of the tournament. Please book your flight home for after 6:00pm on the final day of the event.
How do I book a hotel room?
We have made some hotel blocks for almost every tournament. You will want to go to your athlete’s team page on our website to find the hotel booking instructions.
My daughter needs to miss practice, who should I call?
If your daughter needs to miss practice, either she is playing another sport or is ill, contact your coach via phone or email. You do not need to contact EliteVBTC staff about the absence unless he or she is her coach. We do suggest that your daughter communicate with her teammates if she is missing a future practice for another sport, school event, or church classes.
