Our MaxReps Sessions will be back in the Late Spring and Early Summer. These are two hour sessions that include one hour on the court and one hour in the weight room with our certified strength coach from Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

We will focus on Hitting, Serve Receive, Serving and Defense Techniques.

Dates: Tuesdays or Thursdays
Ages: Middle School/High School Athletes (Unless approved by coaching staff)
