Integrity Athletics is proud to announce the additional of five new staff members for our Volleyball Center. Integrity Athletics is home to Elite Volleyball Training Center. The 2022 season brings new faces but also a new dynamic to our programs that are nationally ranked.
Ben Miglin: Recruiting Coordinator & Director of Athlete Development
Jesse Webster: Beach Coach & Co-Director of Beach Only Club Program
Mike Durant: Strength Coach from Nationwide Children’s Hospital
Allan Hanson: Director of Volleyball Operations
Rick DeSutter: Facility Lead & Full-Time Coach
These staff will join Randy Cline, Jackie Cline, Joe Jackson, Monica Miller, and Parker Mikesch in providing support to our athletes to help them achieve their goals while playing the game of volleyball whether it is on the Beach or Indoors.

Our facility has the technology to develop the total athlete. We have built a very unique facility for not only a nationally rank club program, but volleyball lessons and training but all sports strength and conditioning. Our staff is hand picked and can train your daughter or son in all areas of volleyball. Elite Volleyball Training Center strives to encourage and prepare young people to reach their highest potential in athletics and in life. Our professional coaching staff provide age-appropriate training in a fun, safe and competitive environment.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is to prepare our athletes to compete at the club, high school, collegiate, and international level. We do this by teaching the most successful and proven techniques in the game today. Elite’s coaching staff represents experience at all levels, including collegiate and professional playing experience, club coaching experience, and collegiate coaching experience. Traditionally, the athletes within our program exemplify the utmost character, respect, and competitive spirit on and off the court.
Over $14,800,000 in Scholarships Earned for Elite Athletes
Beginning in 2011, Elite Volleyball Training Center athletes have been continuing their Volleyball Careers at the next level. We have athletes playing in Colleges and Universities from coast to coast. Most have had the opportunity to do so by earning both Athletic and Academic Scholarships. Randy Cline and our recruiting team spends numerous hours working with Elite Athletes on recruiting and goal setting.
