Elite Performance Youth Classes are designed to challenge athletes both physically and mentally. This means developing power, strength, agility, quickness, and developing better nutritional habits. Most experts view ages of 12 – 18 as the ideal ages for developing the foundation for speed, strength and power that will last for an athlete’s entire lifetime.

Head Performance Training Coach

Grace Nofsinger
Grace is joining our Performance Training staff as our Full Time Performance Training Program Co-Director. Grace holds certifications through both CSCS and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning. Grace has her BS in Nutrition and Exercise Health Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Grace has experience working with the United States Air Force’s human performance research program. She is responsible for subjects’ fitness testing, program design, data collection, and weight room maintenance. Grace will be working with Ashley Dover and Coach Anthony Glass with training our Volleyball and Gymnastics teams. The best way to reach Grace is at performance@integritygym.com.
