The Open Lift times listed below are for the athlete looking to get extra repetitions and more one-on-one attention in the weight room. Nationwide Children’s Hospital Certified Strength Coach, Chelsea Barr will be providing workout programs and agility training during these Open Lift sessions. Registration: We will charge you at time of service for each session. Please email Chelsea if you are new to the program and intend to join an upcoming session.

Sports Performance Program
Elite Performance Training is designed to challenge athletes both physically and mentally. This means developing power, strength, agility, quickness, and better nutritional habits. Most experts view the ages of 12 – 18 as the ideal ages for developing the foundation for speed, strength and power that will last for an athlete’s entire lifetime.
